Story
Our sweet Keira girl was a spunky, witty, and beautiful little girl. She captured the hearts of everyone she encountered and left a profound impact on all of us still Earthside.
Keira battled brain tumors twice in her short life. During those battles she was still positive and unbelievably strong.
Her mom, Sara, experienced first-hand the financial burden that comes with an already unfathomable life experience. As medical bills added up, she still had to push forward beneath the weight in order to be a beacon of strength for her little girl.

Keira's Kougars Care was born out of Sara's mission to #livelikekeira. Keira was thoughtful, generous, and selfless. She was always thinking of ways to brighten people's lives. What better way to honor the legacy she left behind than to help families battling brain cancer?
We are a 501(c)(3) committed to alleviating the financial burden faced by families like ours. Whether that's covering a scan, a surgery, therapies, etc.
